Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden - Virginia

iWitnessed --> iRemember was delighted to dedicate the first Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden in the Commonwealth of Virginia on the 99th birthday of the longest-working Rosie the Riveter, Ms. Elinor Otto.  We were so honored that Ms. Otto joined us as one of our speakers for the dedication.  We also were thrilled to welcome the CEO of the nation's largest Girl Scouts' Council - Ms. Lidia Soto-Harmon - as our keynote speaker!
